Hi Guys, I am exhilarated sharing a very bright and full of life nail art with you. I call such manis- Happy Manis because they have positively with their beauty and brightness. They lit up your face every time you look at them.
To top it, it has 3 of my favourite picks, they are bright, they are freehand florals and they are GID!! How wonderful! I had a screenshot of similar nails done by WondrouslyPolished from months. And I would always browse my screenshot gallery, lamenting I ought to do it! Man she is literally wonderful, I love her abstract florals. Lindsey rocks all manis in her shorties.
Finally, I saw theme: Yellow in Chalkboard nails 31Day Challenge, and I knew it had to be this. Although it looks like there isn’t much detailing in this mani ; as opposed to my other florals in general but you need good judgment to execute such pattern or florals as a category.
That judgement comes with great practice. Florals are asymmetrical and random in nature so it very difficult to measure and draw precisely. Each one is naturally different and each one needs to look different. It should be planned yet look un-planned.
So no amount of measurement of shape and size can help you get perfect flowers. It’s only the asymmetric brush strokes that give you the illusion of beautiful flowers. I hope I am making sense explaining this.
The base is one of my favourite Glow in Dark Collection – Doctor Lacquer’s Lau Wiliwili from Scuba Loha Collection. I used my favourite nail art brushes from Bornpretty, which can be bought here & here with 10% off using code HQBQ10.The yellow base gave the punch of freshness to the whole mani. And the killer was the look of the mani in dark. I was dancing joy looking at my mani. Was I over excited or does this mani deserve this amount of joy? Feel free to share.
