Hello Girls, How have you been? The temperature is rising and so is the urge to counter them with blaring colors!. I am all set to do colourful manis drenched in bright colours inspired by the scorching sun, colourful flowers, beach wears and what not! Today I am posting the missed Coachella Themed Mani. I did them last week but a little late in posting them though. Although the design is inspired by Coachella , the colours are inspired by the Golden Glow of the sun in summer.
For all those who are not aware , The Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival (commonly referred to as Coachella or the Coachella Festival) is an annual music and arts festival held at the Empire Polo Club in Indio, California. The event features many genres of music, including rock, indie, hip hop, and electronic dance music, as well art installations and sculptures. Across the grounds, several stages continuously host live music. Coachella showcases popular and established musical artists, as well as emerging artists and reunited groups. Coachella is one of the largest, most famous, and most profitable music festivals in the United States. The 2015 festival sold 198,000 tickets and grossed $84.3 million, both records.
I had read about this earlier but I actually got to do a nail art when I got my much awaited Bundle Monster Stamping Set- Festive Collection. This is one of my favourite stamping sets from BM.
The base of the nail art is white on which I did a gradient of NYX Banana, Barry M Mustard and Salon Perfect Traffic Cone. The gradient looked so fresh and summer. To give a golden glow to the base I did a generous top coat of Starilly King Midas. It’s an ultra holo gold glitter packed polish suspended in clear base.
I am pretty impressed with the brightness and festivity of these nails. The base looks like molten sun and the prints on nail gives a visual of the world drenched in festivity and sun. How do you find them guys?
