Hello Lovelies, It’s not news that love is in the air with Valentine Day round the corner. Although I am not into V Day celebration and likes at all, but this month it’s going to be majorly about hearts and love nails on my blog. Why this change? Because I realised even though I may not be a V day fan but my readers would want to see ideas on V day nails. So I owe it to you.
Too much hearty stuff puts me off generally, so all my heart stuff is mostly buried in dust. For today’s nail art I pulled out a Cute Heart Charm I bought 2 years a ago thinking I would use it for V day. But never felt like.
I was totally clueless for 2 years on how could I possibly use it in a non cheesy way; but got no luck. Last weekend I just pulled out the box and kept on my table and stared it, till there was a flash moment and an idea struck.
I decide to do Heart dangling on plant vines. I was so thrilled by the idea that I immediately removed the mani I was wearing and started upon this. As time passed and the mani started unfolding during execution, I started falling in love with it. The base is Zoya April and rest everything is freehand with Acrylic Paints and the Heart Charm ofcourse!
I am really proud of this idea and execution also went fairly well. What I hate is the how pictures did not justify the beauty. Trust me; they look 10 times prettier in person. The challenge in clicking pics was how to click without glare on the plastic heart charms. In most of the clicks light would fall on hearts making them look pale or invisible due to glare, yes even in light house. Out of literally 100 clicks I could zero down to 4. I hope they are good enough. Are they good enough to turn you on to Valentine mood?
